Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I was treated very rudely by associate and manager..I went in to buy gift cert. and counter person didn't know how to do them and manager she called out to front was rude angry and did not once make eye contact with me nor did I get a hello may I help you or a thank you..I usally recieve good service at this location.I believe both manager,who I think her name was Mary,and associate need training in customer relations..this happened on Jan 18 2012... makes me not to wanta go back..Thank You,Sharon"
