Statement of Claim
  • 04-11-2011 — Contacted by T-Mobile Collections, hadn't received a final bill at this time, told them I wasn't paying any bill until I had a final bill. They called the second number on my line, told them to call my number, I was the responsible one, gave them my number.
  • 04-14-2011 — They call the second number on my line again, even though they have my number. Bill was then $150.24. Sounds resonable, must be my last months bill. Still no paper bill they want my credit card number, tell them I am not paying anything until I get a real bill. Ask them not to call the second number, he is not responsible for the bill. Give them my number again. Person I talked to was named Cydricka.
  • 04-15-2011 — They call the seond number on my line again, bothering my boyfriend at work. I call them back having a rather heated discussion with Maritha (employee #40164 ) Tryed to explained my situation to them, how I had been left with no service and didn't feel I should have to pay the balance of my contract and ETF's. The final bill has now grown to $407.06. All I got in reply was "Miss Donna how would you like to take care of this bill" Still no paper bill and I have been cut off from my on-line account so I'm not giving you my credit card number. Again I give them the right number to call me at,(603-313-1430)
  • 05-23-2011 — Receive a final notice threatening me with a collection agency if I do not pay $407.06 within 10 days. They continue to call the second number on my line even though this person is not responsible for the bill and they have been given my number several times. I told him not to answer it any more, to push the option that they have reached the wrong number. They continue to call him every few days.
