Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My name is Clarence J.Spencer.I stay at 6543 Cypress Glades Dr.,Katy,TX 77449.I been having problems with my cell phone I phone 6 not being able to get WIFI and peoples couldn't hear me on the cell phone because I been working in a rural area.I place several calls to T-mobile about the problems.I believe June 21 or June 22 I talk to T-mobile Tech support and they told me to get a I phone 6 S apple phone would be better,and if that didn't solve the problem I had up to two week to turn the I Phone 6 S in and get my old I phone 6 back.Well I brought the I phone 6 S on 06/25/2016 and turn my old I phone 6 in which I had a balance of $243.Well the I phone 6 S didn't work any better so I brought back to T-mobile store on 07/02/2016 after trying the I Phone 6 S for one week.The manager at the store told me I couldn't get my old cell I Phone 6 back because they already ship it to their warehouse. So now I am having to pay $577 for a cell pone that don't work any better than my old I phone 6 which I had only a balance of $243 left to pay.First I wouldn't have got another I phone 6 S if T-mobile Tech support haven't told me it was better than the I phone 6 I already had.Second T-mobile say I had up to two week to bring the I phone 6 S back and get my old I phone 6 back if it didn't work in better (they lie). I feel I was beat out of my money and taken advantage of so T-mobile could get me to upgrade.Regards,Clarence Spencer."

  • The T-mobile store that took my I Phone 6 address was 7015 HWY 6 N,Houston,TX 77095-2505. Store # 7885 .I ask T-Mobile at the store that night when purchase I Phone 6 S if it didn't work any better could I get my old I Phone 6 back and they said yes,The same thing the tech support woman told me I had two week to decide.I note when I was leaving the store the manager told the clerk that was helping to scan my I Phone 6 now.So basely they never were going to get me my old phone 6 back and they were shipping to warehouse regardless if the new I phone 6 S didn't work any better.
