Claimant says:
"Superior Roofing replaced my roof on my home in 2013 with a 10 year warranty. Since that time on or about June 1, 2015 my roof over my bay window in the living area began to leak. This cause damage to the ceiling, walls and carpet. I call the owner Kajika Deville out to look at the damage and he charge me $150.00 and assured me it was repaired This repair was done on June 12, 2015 ( I have receipt) As you know in Dallas we had a lot of rain over the summer. Once again on or about July 1st the ceiling started leaking again. Mr. Deville came out again and did some repairs on July 3, 2015 this time charging me $234.00. ( I have receipts) Once again Mr. Deville assured me the ceiling was repaired and no more leaks. I took it upon my self to have the carpet cleaned and the room painted which cost me another $500.00 including paint, texture, etc. Shortly after that in November on or about the 12th of the month there was another rain and the ceiling started to leak again, this time it not only began to leak but it was leaking in the same place he stated he repaired. My ceiling is a mess, the paint is ruined and my carpet is stained again and will have to be cleaned or replaced. I called Mr. Deville and he stated he would be out to look at the damages and as of this date (12/8/2015) he has not been out nor has he called me back as a follow up.

I called my insurance adjuster from State Farm and he came out and surveyed the roof damage and he stated when the roof was repaired on the bay window he was not done properly especially the flapping over the bay window area. (I have assessment from State Farm)."
