Claimant says:
"I have now paid this company two different times for marketing an Amazon Site. The first time 8/26/11 $9,000.00 and the second time 9/28/12 $5,000.00. The first time I made no money I only had 2719 visitors. This time so far nothing has happened. I was promised a CD of my TV commercial, 100 30 second prime time slots. I have no way of knowing if this even happens, no way to check. I was also promised 5,000 Guaranteed Visitors, so far have had none. This company also refers other companies to solicit services, one was a legal company wanting $2000.00 to set up the business legally. Another company said they were to help show me how to invest the money of which was coming in to grow into larger amounts, $1500. So far all I can see is a bunch of smooth talking crooks. I have contacted my credit card company AMEX to dispute these charges and request a refund. Would this qualify for interstate fraud?"
