Claimant says:
"Anthony Raineri of Strive Lending, Inc in 2700 S. River Road Ste 200 Des Plaines, IL 60018 did not tell me that he is going to pull a hard credit report after a conversation wherein he says just take a look at it. Supposedly the conversation is recorded so I asked his supervisor to listen to it and be the judge. Gave them my number but called another number instead leaving a message about how I wanted to follow up on my application."

  • 10-03-2016 — Online info submitted and was called by Anthony Raineri but definitely no consent for pulling credit report.
  • 10-04-2016 — a promised document received via email, did not like so it was disregarded
  • 10-05-2016 — Got an email from Anthony saying they would cancel since I did not respond.
  • 10-06-2016 — Transunion said, someone pulled a hard credit report for me
  • 10-07-2016 — Emailed Anthony that I never gave him permission and at the same time called the number given by Transunion only to be told that it was legit because supposedly I gave a verbal consent so I called Strive lending and ask if the record conversation to which they said YES, so I tried to file a complaint to a supervisor to please listen to the recording
