"STAE FARM IS NOT ORGANIZE AT ALL U CAN NEVER TALK TO THE SAME PERSON I HAD ONE PERSON TELLING ME ONE THING BUT WHEN I DO WHAT WAS ASK SOMEONE ELSE SAY SOMETHING DIFFERENT I DID EVERYTHING THAT WAS ASK BT THEY DID NOT FILL THEIR STATEMENTS OUT I EVEN WENT TO MY AGENT AND TOLD HIM WHAT WAS GOIN ON HE SAID HE WAS GOIN TO LOOK INTO IT BUT NEVER GETS BK WITH ME I HAVE CALLED MANY OF TIMES THEY TELL ME MY HOUSE FIRE WAS NOT BAD BUT THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HAD TO COME AND BLOW OUT HALLWAY OF APARTMENT NAND MY HOUSE AND I HAD TO STAY SOME WHERE ELSE FOR 2WKS THEY SAY MY CELL PHONE WAS NOT COVER CAUSE IT WAS NOT BURN FROM THE PICTURES BUT IT WAS THEY SAY IF GOT THE PHONE BUT I DNT THE MAN SAID I CAN TROW IT AWAY THAT HE GOT IT THEY SAY IT WAS ONLY A OILY SUPSTANCE ON THE PHONE WHY WOULDNT IT BE IT WAS A GREESE FIRE I THINK THEY SHOULD PAY FOR EVERYTHING AND PLUS THE TIME AND PAIN I WENT THROUGH WITH MY KIDS AND MY JOB AND I DNT THINK IT WAS RITE TO ASK ME HOW MANY MACHINES DOES A ASTHMA CHILD NEED WE DID HVAVE MUCH BUT WE WERE JUST GETTING IT TOGETHER FROM BEING HOMELESS N THE LITTLE I HAD IS NOT BEING REPLACE I HAVE DROP THEM AND MOVE TO ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY AND I THINK THIS IS WHY THEY GAVE ME SO MANY PROBLEMS BUT I DID NOT WANT TO EVER GO THROUGH THIS IF ANYTHING HAPPEN AGAIN I HAD A 50,000.00 DALLOR CLAIM I DO THINK IM INTITLE TO WHAT IS OWE TO ME EMOTIONALLY AND MENTALLY AND PHISICALLY AND I PLAN TO KEEP GOIN TO I GET A FAIR PAYMENT"
