Claimant says:
"almost 3 months ago i bought a used car from them,i was promised a 2nd key for my car from bob and mike bob former manager mike sales men well a week went by no key or call i called them mike says bob no longer works here giving things away free i said where is my key his response was thats my commision im not paying for it. after numerous calls no call backs i go in person to talk to kelly finance manager tell her what happened her response oh yes i remember that conversation between bob and mike we will take care of it, she calls a few places finds out that key costs 300 says let me try to get it cheaper,i said ok she will call me back i call again and again no answer,finally she says she cant approve this ed the new manager has to, i wait no calls again no ed i call today get kelly now doesnt remember our conversation cant do it will talk to manager, well i fed up i want my key its there job they were great and very nice when they took my money when i bought car now want no parts of me to help me"
