"I signed up for the service 10 months ago & I never received the service. I have continued to have the payment deducted from my checking account, Four months ago they started billing me twice each month, There is no phone number or email address where I can reach them. I want to cancel this service.
."

    I, too had an issue with Spotify charging my account. The phone number on my bank account had been disconnected or was no longer in service. Through Peopleclaim, I was able to resolve it. I finally got a contact info: support@spotify.com.
