"lost this account after 14 years after new manager came in knowing nothing about anything put me and my company out the door on lies he made up and never investigated he slanded my name causing a lot of hurt no sleep personnel and financial problems make up and told his lies without ever checking out anything a group from his plant was carrying out 3 and 4 loads of metal a week and sometimes on Saturday going less than 10 miles a trip he never checked scrap yards or anything else told everyone that I stole 110000 dollars worth of metal that's stills causing me problems medically and financially about to loose my house my property and buildings due to his lies a group of people inside the business was stealing the metal have witness s people inside the plant that knows the truth 1 am asking 1000000 dollars for damages he has cost me and my company will never regain the trust people had in me"

  • Hi, just saw your claim against Southwark. As I understand from your description, Southwark had a change in management and as a consequence you lost a longstanding contract. Setting aside for now the defamation part of your complaint, in pressing the recovery of losses part of your claim, it would be important to be able to show that the million dollars you're seeking in losses is a realistic number. In other words, in demanding that amount you're saying that from whenever your contract ended, you've lost a million dollars in business?
