"General Manager, Allen Burchell knows all about this and what the problems are, so I'm not going to waste my time explaining it again here. 

Update added 3/27/2023

I'm attaching a copy of a letter that I sent to the company, which they DID NOT respond to, telling them about the mistakes on their part which led to me paying $4,700.00 for something that wasn't needed. It is what was explained to me by the production manager for the company, Mr. Eric Starling when he was at my house after the crew was here. He also told me at the time that the crew had been fired. I've also attached a copy of the business web page which states, ALL FOUNDATION ISSUES WILL BE INSPECTED BY A LICENSED ENGINEER BEFORE REPAIRS ARE STARTED. They never did send an engineer to my house to inspect anything before the crew put the jacks under my house, which violated their own company policy. Had they followed their training, they would've known that the jacks WERE NOT needed and was not going to do any good.

  • I decided to go ahead and explain what happened that led to the filing of this claim. I thought one of my foundation walls had settled a bit. I checked the (BBB) website and company had an A+ rating, so I felt I could trust them. They put some jacks under my house, but not where the crew leader and I agreed they needed to be. They didn't have an engineer do an inspection, as they state on their web page, and the salesman nor the crew leader checked anything, I have spent $4,700.00 for nothing. I've been lied to , ignored and taken for a fool and I'm tired of people like these taking advantage of other people.
