Claimant says:
"Solar Genis had John Schultz as a represntative for them who had been calling me to advertise solar products for Solar Genis over the web sites. John Schultz told me that he would teach me how to advertise solar products over the web sites and that I needed a social network package so that more people would be able to see the products. He told me that he had been doing this job over ten years . I told him that I did not know anything about advertising on the web or anything about solar products. He said that he would show me what to do. I explained to him that I had recently retired and that I could not afford to lose my money I am living off my social security and penison I had no money to lose in a scam. He said that he was not trying to scam me but would help me make money . I wanted a work from home job. and that is why he called me because I was trying to find work from home jobs. He called and I finally I went on paid Allstate Web Solution $999. for a social newtwork package. The web sites was not ready and I was going on vacation and John Schultz told me that when I got back from my vacation the web sites would be ready and he would show me what to do. In December I went on a 8 day vacation and came back started calling him and no one was answering the phone than one day a woman answered the phone and said that John Schultz wasn't available and she would have him call me back, he never called and I called again and she said that he no longer worked there. And I asked her bout my $999.00 and she transfered the call to a new person named Renea, who said that she didnt know anything about it. I have not been able to do anything but make complaints to the Attorney General office and made other complaints. I need to know what can be done about this. I don't see how they can take my money and I dont have anything for it."
