Claimant says:
"My name is Consuella Jean Jacskon and on September 25,2011 I ordered a slim away product off the tv and the prompts would not respond to my commands.! I ordered 1 slim away product and the cost was 9.99. shipping and handling was free. On monday I called to find out the details of my order and they stated that it was up yet so I called again the next day and the spokes person stated my order was upgraded and I was charged 67.98 I told the person No way I wanted to cancel and he told me I couldn't! This caused me much distress! I called the bank and they said they would put a hold on my money being taken! This company not only charged me and took my money but they also put in my order after the date I ordered! They couldn't get my money the first time so they put the order in again without my authorization and took the money out again even though I had spoke to them and told them to cancel! This is an injustice! I live30150 west nine mile road in farmington hills mi. I used my debit card for this purchase that should have only been for 9.99. The sales person offered to give me 10.00 off but I told him no thank you and I stated he should cancel my order and give me mt money back!"
