  • It seems that your complaint is an extremely common complaint currently, as searching for information about the company showed a large volume of complaints for the same reasons (offices closed, paid on packages that were not received, etc.). First and foremost, you should file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General for the state. Usually, if enough people file complaints about a business closing in this fashion, the office will open up an investigation into the business and see what can be done to assist people that have not had money refunded to them after an abrupt closure.
