Claimant says:
"My name is Joey Hitzig I live at 5804 Watercrest Dr, Greensboro, NC. I listed an animal on Ebay clasifieds. When the person who was going to get it, he call me the next day crying that his house just burnt down, and this animal was for his 9 year old daughter. My heart went to a human in need. My decision to let him give the animal to his daught to make her happy turned out to be a nightmare. I was told I would be paid on Sunday Dec 9th then the 10th then the 11th, he said he was going to be paid on Thursday 12/12/12. and he would call me at 10:00 am. When that did not happen I went to his family by his family business. I was told that if I did not get off the property I would be arrested for trespassing. Thi s man owes ne $365. I am afraid for the life of the animal. I know it is in danger. The man is not stable, and his family is the same.
The police said I needed to file a civil suit against him. I am living below poverty now and have no money for food, and the money he owes me was part of the money that I was going to pay for my mortgage. I need help. I give an act of kindness to a con artist and the family will not help and has threatened if I call or come near them. I what this animal back and the money he owes me.

THIS IS THE WORST ACT OF FAUD. AND TO HAPPEN A CHRISTMAS i CAN NOT BARE IT. IT HAS EFFECTED MY HEALTH AND - I HAVE NO MONEY FOR FOOD OR TO PAY MORTGAGE.
