"n june 2008 we agreed to purchase a time share at sedona pines rv resort, with the information we were given. We were told that the time share had a location in Bellingham Wa. that we could use at any time we needed to. In 2009 we attempted to schedule a time to visit Bellingham Wa. We were told that there were no timeshares in that area, but they have one in Spokane Wa. 650 miles away. An impossible commute twice a day.

The sales representive told us, if we were unhappy with their service, we were required to give them the right to buy back or give back the timeshare. when we contacted sedona"

  • This individual purchased with us back in 2008 and the Membership was terminated shortly after. However due to Privacy policies and this being a contractual issue it limits how much can be disclosed with a third party. We see nothing indicating any exchange issues however had there been we would have addressed by assisting to help immediately.
