Claimant says:
"Back in April 2014 Anthonie Ruinard and two other people came to my place of business located at 6550 W. Glendale Av. suite # 8 in Glendale, Anthonie is the CEO and did all the talking.
He promised to create a web site for my adult business in one week for 750.00 besides that
amount he came back with a lady Megan Sterling and asked me for more money 370.00, stating that he needed that money to get a license and LLC for my business. Time passed after sending him numerous texts,e-mails and calls, I asked him to reimburse me money paid, he agreed to do that.Time went by, again more calls, texts and e mails, and no website.He came to my shop in June 2014 saying that he have the web site ready but all he did is to link my business to another business, he did not create a web site as the contract stipulates, besides that he was supposed to generate business to the so called web site (the contract stipulates that too).
The contract says:
Custom website e commerce
one year free hosting and domain
Spanish
Social media marketing
Traffic generation
So far I made 0 money
I want full refund of 1,120.00
Anthonie is a scamer, he advertises on his face book that he is charging 190.00 for websites, I am sure a lot of people believe that, Anthonie takes their money,after so much
complain people just give up and Anthonie goes to the bank laughing.
HELP ME STOP THIS SCAMER. One of the worker that came with him (Antwon Trinh) told me that Anthonie did what he did to me with a lot of other people
He refuse to give his address, his phone numbers are 602-814-6465 and 888-907-6618
His e-mail is ruinard@ruinardindustries.com
I am going to file a complaint with BBB and I will take him to court if he does not reimburse me all the money paid. I have all the e mails and texts,in one of the text he said he was going to reimburse me the money. I gave him enough time to repay me. I am tired dealing with him."
