Claimant says:
"i called rotor rooter to repair a leaking pipe to the water heater on a home where my grandkids were residing. the plumber repaired the pipe with pvc, turned the water on and had to repair another pipe again with pvc leaving and not joining the pipes to the other pipes leaving no water for upstairs. i finally got a plumber out there. he stated to my granddaughter that it was against codes to connect pvc to galvanized which was the basic installation. he also stated te galvanized was partially stopped up. this went on for two weeks last week i talked to the owner stating if he knew this why did he break the pipe down, he was trying to gouge me out of a rework of all the pipes he charged $1000 to my visa and did not leave a ticket. the manager owner stated the techs. were on a job and he would call me back no ticket or phone call. 5 days now having no water i put the house as is and have sold it"
