Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On 12/23/09, I purchased a Nissan 2010 Altima 2.5 S vehicle from Rosenthal Nissan/Mazda, in Vienna, Virginia and was persuaded to buy their comprehensive maintenance package IAO $3,088.

Some several months later, after my purchase, when I brought my car in for service, I was told by my service person, “Rob”, that the above service contract, was “just a piece of paper” and that I had to pay the fully maintenance service amount.

I then complained to the service Manager, Greg Keilwert and subsequently showed him the written contract agreements above, negotiated with Sales. Mr. Keilwart indicated that “Maintenance” has nothing to do with “Sales” and that the two were entirely separate entities.

Recently, on a service dated November, 15, 2013, I brought my Altima in for a routine service and at the end of the service, was, told I owed $202.62. As I had no time to enter into another argument, I agreed to pay this amount for now, but indicated that I would return to seek to have the $202.62 reimbursed to me.

On a March 12, 2014 service, I requested reimbursement of the aforementioned $202.62 payment.
I requested a meeting with the new Executive Manager, Ash Rezek (who had succeeded the previous Executive Manager, Kaveh Jahed). Mr. Rezek, informed me that he would contact me shortly to explain how he would assist me recouping my $202.62. Now, five weeks later, no word from Mr. Rezek.

On March 21, I wrote Nissan Corporate/Customer Relations concerning this history of contract non-compliance but to date have not received any response.
