Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"In short I just want to say that the job was done poorly and lies were made.. They did not install the glass right and told me that the rubber sealent that goes around it does not exist anymore. It does. I feel they did the job in a lazy, unprofessional matter. After assuring me on the day of installatoin, that a reciept would be sent to me, I have never received one. I have emailed them 4 times (I have the emails) and called twice, requesting to have the window fixed and for my receipt. Neither happened. When they did finally email me they said they were sorry it took so long and that the receipt was in the mail that day which was 11-30-2010 and they were waiting for me to contact them (again I tried many times via email and phone). Nothing has happened. I still have not received the receipt. I do not want them to come and fix the window because I do not trust their work nor their attitude. I want the refund so I can find another company to redo the window the right way. This one seems to just not care and does what is easiest."
