Claimant says:
"I gave the owner of Restoration Financial Gala Hogan a cashier check in the amount of $18,500 to complaint a Real Estate transaction but the deal fail through. My house was foreclosed and Gala Hogan was supposed to return my money, but she did not.

It's been almost a year now and I've tried every legal route possible for her to return my money, without success. She has decided to ignore all request and has not returned my money to me yet.

At this point with all of the cost associated with the legal documents, Gala Hogan currently owes me $20,300. No one should every do business with Restoration Financial LLC and Gala Hogan's fraudulent transaction."

  • This is not true and I sent all the paperwork to the attorney general last year because of this false allegation by Mrs. Flowers. I also have my attorney filing a complaint against her to have this removed and plan to have my own lawsuit filed against her for defamation of character and filing false police report

  • Apr 04, 2016, Claiming party added:

  • Gala Hogan continues to refuse to refund me the monies she has stolen and I had no choice but to turn the case over to the police. After the Police investigated the matter, the Prosecutor validated all information provided and has officially charged Ms. Hogan with a felony of Grand Larceny over $1,000. At this point there is a warrant for Ms. Hogan's arrest and this case will be brought to court where hopefully a Judge and jury will convict her and force her to refund me.
