"i rented from realt management on june 18 2011 and paid 2300.00 to move in . ist month , last month and a deposit was paid in order oe to move in wasgiven the keys and a sheet of paper to fill out which was a walk thru and report anythig that needs
to be fixed

the a/c, soffitts , the front door weather stripping , windows do not close , light fixtures do not come on immeditely . im getting light bills running at 350.00 dollars
ceiling fan going to fall in kitchen.

this real estate company should of never rented house under these conditions
i have a 8 month old baby and 12 yr old son with disabilities it runs 76 to 78 degree
in house july and aug . i told and called them about a/c sveral time
i did not pay rent sept 1 an will not pay"
