"We were told when we signed up we were to have a square bench in our shower as I am quite Handicaped , we did't get the bench we wanted,it was to go across the shower ,they didn't set the toilet properly and it flooded the room, they got the rug dirty in our bedroom.They advertise 1 day installation, what a mess and the salesman promised that they could make the bench we needed and later said he didn't"

  • When we talked to the salesman, we were told that they could make the bench ,since I have Many health problems and have to sit when I shower Ii wanted alarger bench ,and closer to the shower . I was told they could make with no peoblem, I would have never had it put in if I would have known tjhey could not do it . Write your message here

Message from Re-Bath: Mr. and Mrs. Coursen had thier job completed on 09/14/2011 at this time they signed a customer approval form acknowledging thier approval to the completed job.On 9/15/2011 they called the office informing us of the leak with the wax ring on the toilet.On 9/16/2011 we were there and took all the tile in the bathroom up and dried the floor and replaced toliet wax ring and tile flooring.On 10/17 2011 Mrs Coursen called about the seat explaining that she thought it was suppossed to be a bench seat not a corner seat.I then explained that the seat she got was the only built in seat we offer, but if she would like we would build her a bench over the top of the other.Not was not acceptable to her because she wanted a built in bench and again I explained that she had the only seat offered that is built in.The Coursens contract reads built in seat,they recieved the only built in seat available we tried to make her happy with custom building one,which we do regularly,but states that she will only accept a cash settlement.
