Claimant says:
"I had been looking for a business line of credit. Randy assured me that he had the solution which was to purchase a shelf corporation and use it to apply for the credit line. He assured me he had done this before and had "plenty" of credit partners. He initially wanted a very large sum upfront but then said he would take less so that I could see progress. After questioning him regarding various complaints I found on the internet, he shrugged them off with a "cant keep everyone happy" attitude. I wired money to his account and waited for the timeframe he dictated to follow up. From here out he was nothing but excuses, saying that he was working on it. i gave him several deadlines and then requested a refund. He kept making promises to send my money back but never did. He finally stopped taking my calls as well. I found out he was also convicted of RICO fraud in a money laundering scheme to which he took a lesser charge for falisfying tax documents. The truth is, he knew what he was doing. He still has an operating website however he will not answer the phone. I cannot say whether his office has moved or not but he still promotes the same things that he rips people off for. He needs to be put down. I have solid email evidence saved."

  • Randy Hirsch is a liar and I have personally been dealing with this man and his company for over a year fighting for my corp or refund...Trust me I flew 14 hrs to LA and he lied to my face....I have been to his office DON'T BE FOOLED by the website and reviews...One room Dive and NO STAFF and 20 files in a cardboard box...

    DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH HIM... HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.....
    NO CALLS OR EMAILS..And he has no idea what he is doing very unprofessional.

    Do the smart thing save your money and don't fall into the trap I am in..where he takes your money and leaves you with broken promises...I have $12,500 less in my pocket thanks to Randy Hirsch

    The man is a scammer... beware!!!!!
