Claimant says:
"Went to Rama carwash to have an oil change. The guys who serviced my truck the last time stripped out my drain plug and didn't tell me about it. So this time when I went they had trouble getting it out. And there explanation was that I had a junk oil pan. The owner was very rude and said everything possible to try make it seem like it was not their fault that I had a "bad" oil pan. I just had the entire motor rebuilt this past year and had to special order the oil pan. Now my truck leaks oil all over my garage floor and I'll need to have it replaced again. They tried to fit a larger plug in to solve their mistake and sent me on my way. Let alone there are metal shavings in and from the pan from there so called fix... Now I have to take time off work (which I can't afford to do) to have it looked at by a real professional to see how badly they messed up my truck before the problem gets any worse."
