  • "Good morning, Mr. Cannon,

    Thank you for taking the time out of your day to submit this case to PeopleClaim. We appreciate you doing what you have to in order to resolve this matter in your own hands. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the claims from both parties and the information given on both sides, we stand by the hotel's decision to make these charges. Each of our hotels is independently owned and operated, so we give them the opportunity to resolve their own guest billing complaints. Please feel free to reach out to the Executive Offices of Choice Hotels International if you have any concerns you would like documented on this file. We appreciate your business!

  • What charges were made to the claimant's card? Can the claimant please attach the itemized bill? 

    This is a very vague complaint and needs considerably more detail in order to be taken seriously. $175 sounds like a smoking or damage charge. A hotel just can't randomly make a charge on your card.
