  • Hello again Gina, I would still like to talk with you regarding this matter but I also wanted to make this statement.
After talking with the counter person that greeted your uncle and also his Brother or Father not totally sure, but the counter person whos name is Amin stated that when the car came in it was for 2 different things, 1. OIL Change and to check a noise in the front end because the customer [your uncle] said he had hit something. Upon inspection the found that more than one part had been damaged including a lower control arm that was bent. To bend a control arm that is made of steel it takes more than just a little tap of something. After inspecting the vehicle and seeing that it was at about 65,000 miles the technician recomended some maintenence items to be done as well. The man that brought the vehicle in authorized the repairs to be done and thus the work commenced on the repairs. Later that day another gentkeman came in with your uncle and was questioning the work that was being performed so everything was explained to him also and he was satisfied with the work and situation. The following day the men came to pick up the vehicle and paid for it and thanked both the Manager and our man running the counter. The second gentlen mentioned to the counter guy that the guy that brought the vehicle in had some sort of issue and thats why he was here. I guess my question is this, if your uncle has Alhiemers why is he going any where alone? There would be no way we would know if he has alzhiemers or anything else of the sort. And i believe you mentioned in your complaint that both men have Alzhiemers, once again my question would be why are they not being taken care of and watched? They seemed very compitent according to Amin and the store Manager as well as very happy with the work that was performed on the vehicle. In your claim you said that the work performed was not needed, what is your statement based on? Once again i look forward to talking with you further on this matter.

    Thank you
    Douglas Odean
