Claimant says:
"I was trying to obtain a truck. Thru telemarketing I learn of this Financing Company. They'd finance the vehicle and then, Lease to me for 4 years. At the end of the Lease I'd own the vehicle. The cost of it was $91,000.00. They said that they would Finance somewhere between $75,000.00 - $78,000.00. And, I'd have to come up 20% of it as well as !st & last month's payment plus a fee to get the process started. At the time I'd have to dispose of certain assets to obtain the funds. The disposal of the assets would have taken place in December 2017. However, they weren't willing to wait. They decided to accept the 1st and last month Payment plus the fee to get process started. They then request some documents from me. When I forwarded the documents. They call to tell me that they were fake. At that time I lost trust in the Company. Also, I had the money to purchase the vehicle without taking out a loan so, I purchase it. Because, I made purchase, as well as loosing confidence in the Company about fake documents. I told them to cancelled the deal and return my deposit in full. They adamant about not returning it in full. They want to return less than 50% of the $6,169.00 that I gave them as deposit."
