Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Gentleman:
I recently took a trip to Cleveland Ohio to attend a Funnel. I made my Reservation on line at Priceline.com After selecting the Hotel (The Cleveland Radisson Airport Hotel, North Olmsted Ohio) I realized the Hotel was too far from the Funnel Home Services I would be attending the service at.

I proceeded to call the Price line Reservation Department ASAP(the same night Wednesday night(7/25) and explain that I incorrectly made reservation at the wrong Hilton and could I cancel it.

I was told by a very nice gentleman, considering the circumstances (I was attending a funnel) and since I was a Priceline Member they would make a one time exception and cancel my reservation with a couple options. 1. They could Rebook me in another Hilton Hotel closer to the Funnel Home or they could credit the Hotel Rate of $ 108.02 back to my Credit Card minus a cancellation fee of $25.00 which brings the total to $83.02.

I decided not to Rebook, because after Investigation, I found none of the Radisson Hotel Properties close to the Funnel Home.

Customer Service Staff confirmed in the email below, that would credit me back on my credit card. As of today 9/1, I have receive the $83.02 credit back. I am a Disability Senior who don't get very much in pay, so $83.02 is a lot off money to me.
