Claimant says:
"I have been doing work at home for them stuffing envelopes. I have spent over 1500.00 in stamps, 299.00 to get started,and paid for my own envelopes and making copies of letters. Since August, I was suppose to be paid 10.00 for every person who responds to that letter. So far, since August, they have sent me 8 checks amounting to 150.00. I am suppose to get a check every week. When you get your 9th check, which is what I have been waiting for for 6 weeks, they are to pay you for everything you have spent, plus free supplies, and everything you have made by sending letters. I have received NOTHING. I have sent out thousands of letters. I even, 3 times, I think, paid them to send 1000 more labels for which I paid. I am 70 years old and really need the money. Now you can't tell me that out of thousands of letters, only 15 people sent it in.

I want my money and I want it NOW. Whoever this jerk is should be behind bars and I want to see him there. I will make a trip anywhere in the U.S. to see it.

How stupid could be, I will never know. Not bragging, but my IQ is 129: what was I thinking. It was because I really needed the money and I put my trust in this jerk. I am almost broke now because I kept working ahead.

  • Whatever your names are, maybe Mr. Masterson, I don't know, but I and many others were scammed and you know it!!! First of all, you lied when you said in your original letter that we would get a phone number after we signed up. Well. that didn't happen. That's lie one. And what happened with my ninth check that included my postage amounting over 1500.00, my amount of 299.00 for signing up, and anything I have made since then. It has been seven weeks without any money, free supplies promised ,and unfair terms. You can't tell me that out of thousands of letters I sent, that only 15 people signed. I am not that stupid. I take that back I was that stupid!!! I am telling you now, that you are practicing unfairly and if you can go to bed at night and sleep, well we all know what that means. ALL I AM GOING TO SAY IS WE ALL HAVE JUDGMENT DAY! GOOD LUCK!!!!

  • Just tell me what you want. Do you pay me what I asked, or if you want, I will go to every TV station I can get to. I already know several reporters, because I worked in that field. I will take it to every newspaper too. I don't care at all about my name or face being seen because I am 70 years old and have never even had a parking ticket. When I show them the shape my hands are in and did about 4000 letters when most of the time I can't even pick up a dime. Whereas you on the other hand have hundreds of claims against you, and after checking with the USPS, have no address or phone number. Do you want to go that route? I am asking you first, because I am ready, and please, don't ever underestimate me. I have nothing to lose, but you do. Please let me know what you want because I, not like you, would never proceed without your choice! If you choose to pay me, you will never hear from me again! It is entirely up to you!

  • People Claim. All I need at this time are the postage receipts I sent to Preston Lord that amounts to over 1,500.00. They were all stapled together. That money was suppose to come with 9th check, which I didn't get. Thank you very much! Glenda M. Berlin

Or perhaps it is Stanley Masterson, since he seems to be the ONLY one who gets a check. That's ok though. because every state in the country has claims against you. Isn't that funny. If you would READ Mr Brookman-Masterson, you would also know that. I gave you til 12: 00 AM and I keep my word. After that you are in for a big surprise. Remember, we were to get our own money back plus 35.00. Lie 2. Remember. Don't ever underestimate me, because I have absolutely nothing to lose. After midnight, it has just begun!!! Goodnight Mr. Whatever. Sleep tight!!!!

  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "First, there is no one named Brookman at our company. Get your info straight please. Ms Berlin clearly understood how our program works by her own admission. She was paid as promised which she admits in her description. We do not guarantee any specific income. Our materials clearly state this. It is HER responsibility to read those materials. She is not entitled to a refund of any kind. By using the materials she agreed to all of the policies laid out in the Home Worker agreement form which are clear regarding reimbursements, pay etc. In the future Ms Berlin should READ what is right in front of her before participating."
