"Between Feb 24 and Apr 1 of this year, this online tech support has scammed me out of $550. Each time I report problems to them, they claim it is not covered by the previous package so I have to pay more. As of today, my laptop hasn't worked for 3 weeks because I will not pay them another $149. Their company name changes, their phone number changes and their personal names are bogus. The most recent phone # I have is 844-307-4779."
