Claimant says:
"On April 6th I went to place a second order at the 1 Lackawanna Plaza in Monclair NJ. Mayle asked for my order. I requested whiting. She had no idea what whiting was. I said the fish. I then heard the question as to how do I want it, fried ? I said how else would I get the fish? She then cashed me out for a combo meal. I did not want the combo I only wanted the meal. She got irate about my decision to cancel the combo and re-enter my order for the fish.
The Manager explained that she physically entered the fish order; however, I said I never received the fish nor did I get an empty cup or fries. The Manager requested to see my previous chicken strip order that I had in my bag. As far as I'm concerned, this would infer that I'm a liar. She wanted to take my bag and look inside. I told her that she was not going to do that. No one was going to touch my food with dirty hands after counting money.

In fact, a co-worker gave my order to a lady who ordered previously. Therefore, someone got free food after I was accused of taking it.

I'm totally disgusted with the manager and Mayle who wanted to display how she did not want to refund me the difference. Not realizing that it was a clear misunderstanding from the start. As far as I'm concerned the customer is always right.

I want Mayle removed immediately!!!!"
