Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"ordered a planner may 11th was to be shipped on the 19th. i called on Monday they said it would be sent out Wednesday and i have still yet to receive an email stating my planner has been shipped. according to their website the best to communicate to them is email, I've sent serval emails with no response. I've tried calling the number provided and they don't answer and the voicemail is full. i spent $50 on this gift and i takes me 4 hours to make that money and for this company to "take my money and run" and not respond to their costumer is asinine. really hoping they get their act together and send out these products.....or refund our money, seeing as getting a hold of anybody is next to impossible asking for a refund isn't an option..

    If paid for by credit card, Plum should be aware that failure to uphold their end of the bargain may result in their client filing a credit card dispute and/or a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I suggest sending the planner or refund ASAP.
