Claimant says:
"I purchased a rollator walker from Planet Mobility. It was inferior to what was advertised so I decided to return it to them. There would have been a 25% restocking fee, so I thought I would keep it rather than go through the hassle. When we tried to put the walker together, it was defective, and the seat could not be adjusted. So on December 31 of 2009 I sent it back to Planet Mobility with a letter explaining why. They never acknowledged the return. I called them several times and wrote them three times asking for my money. They never even had the courtesy of replying. I know they got the message because the last letter I sent was certified and I received the card saying that my letter had been delivered. I just want the money that is due me."
