"Had just moved from Iowa to Provo, Ut. A young BYU student came to my door wanting to sell the system in a park that clearly says no soliciting. He was trying to put himself through school and my heart is bigger than my brain so I signed the contract which was not at all explained to me and as I live alone and am 64 yrs old did not know what I was getting into. Then found out my whole family was moving to St. George, Ut. and needed to be close to them because I had just had brain surgery and needed their help. After a fast move to St. George I called Pinnacle to explain and they wouldn't accept MY problem and so started harassing me by phone everyday even Sundays for 3 yrs. then had me served with papers to pay. 900+ when I called K&J investgations just to respond and they were so rude and mean that I was in tears. She, Jordan said I could make payments but for no less than $40.00 a month--ok there goes food for that month. Am so upset my whole body hurts and headaches that throb so went to Dr. and they did MRI on my head again. So far so good in that area. Please can you help me."
