Claimant says:
"I brought a town house in Oxen Hill, MD. In Febuary 2013. I contacted pepco by phone to start power at the above address, and stop service at the address of 3723 Donnell Dr. Apt # 303, Distric Hights ,MD,20747. Around June, 2013 I received a bill with the 2 address above
I contacted pepco why I was being billed for the two properties. I stated that I had to change the power the home in Oxen Hill , MD. and I had to take care that the power was changed at closing. I notice the bills I was charge for was not taken care of and I was still paying each month I have recieved bill at between $300.00 - $400.00 every month the two account #District Hights, 3728-3710-1-8 the second ,Oxen Hill. #3086-9504-60. it seems strange how pepco knew to start power and not stop power at the other address. whin I told the coustoner serivce rep. to stop power and start at another address. If the people do not do ther job properly they are trying to hold me responsible. when I ask for records I receive nothing. I ask to speak to supervisors, no one returns calls. This problem been going on for a 13 months a am am a Accident Investigation Class #87-3, Metropolitan Police Academy. I know how to do investigations, I dont know what was done or it was."
