Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"-Oct. 10, 2017 I made a sale for a Disney world pass to Mrs. Arleen Stone for $350.
-On Oct 11 paypal sent my bank account $339 ($350-$11 fee). Due to the fact I was on vacation and could not get the pass to her before she went to Disney world. So,rd, on Oct. 20 she canceled the transaction and wanted the funds returned.
-On Oct. 23 I sent paypay $370 to cover the refund and fees. The activity log shows they sent her $350 on that date.
-However, on the 24th paypal withdrew $689 from my checking account. I called them for an explanation only to be told "that's how it works" and that by the next day I would have $709 available in my account. In the meantime their withdrawal caused my account to become overdrawn and incurred a $70 overdraft fees for two returned checks!
-Also on that date my activities section of my paypal account showed that they sent Mrs. Stone
$339.85 but a line is through the transaction.
-On Oct. 26th paypal attempted to withdraw another $339.85 from my bank account. Fortunately,
I had canceled their ability to withdraw from my account, but this cost me another $35.
On Oct. 28th I withdrew $709 from my paypal account to ensure they did not use it.
-On Oct. 30 my paypal activity log shows that they sent another $350 to Mrs. Stone.
When I asked paypal about the two transactions they said they only sent her $350. Mrs. Stone confirmed with me that they only sent her $350.
-I have been trying repeatedly to get paypal to reverse the $339.85 transaction shown in my account. They have refused. This was obviously an accounting error. But even if they did send Mrs. Stone money twice, that is not my responsibility.
-That would have been $1028.85 they tried to withdraw from my bank account for a $350 transaction!!
-They have sent my account to a collection agency to collect $349.70.

I would really be grateful if you can settle this matter.
