Claimant says:
"I have been living here for the past 4 years. Recently, i have been seeing a bunch of bugs in my apartment. I have asked to have the apartment sprayed. They apparently missed me because I am still dealing with the infestation of bugs. I am also embarrassed that i had to have out of town guest come in and stay with me and they had the opportunity to experience my embarrassment. I would like to move from this facility. I have paid my rent up until my lease is up. I would like to be compensated for the fact the i am a professional person. I take care of my home. I now have to pick bugs off of my clothes as well as in the sinks, kitchen floor, bathroom floor. I am frightened that my nephew is going to be bitten by one. He is only 2 years old. I would definitely like to move as soon as possible. The bugs are crawling all in the refrigerator. I am constantly throwing out food. This is expensive. I have never had any complaints up until this last year. I keep getting calls such as we have you on the list when pest control comes out and somehow he seems to forget about my apartment. Would you please help me? I just want out of this hell hole."
