I am a Baptist Deacon, have the highest rating given attorneys by Martindale-Hubbell (A rating) and have practiced law in Minden since 1975. I am known for my honesty and integrity. The allegations made by Ms. Little are completely false and unfounded. I gave her my total energy and effort, and was her advocate when her case turned against her. Two professionals (appointed by the court) recommended that her husband should have custody. She made threats to take legal action against the Judge, law enforcement, and finally against all of the lawyers involved, and upon receipt of this threat, then and only then did I resign as her attorney. I obviously could no longer represent someone involving threats against me. She owed me quite a bit more of legal fees from this intensive battle, which I will write off and will not pursue. All the accusations I strongly deny, and will not attempt further to conduct an internet battle with her, nor will I be blackmailed by her. If she feels she has been wronged, she has legal recourse
Mr. kitchens was hired by my parents to repersent me in my divorce and custody in December 2010. In one of the first court dates he did not show up and said he had a previous engagement and I was left to fend for myself and it did not go well and affected my case from the beginning and the other attorney for my husband said I lying and did not have repersention. Well in time he was in away right. In my divorce he got me nothing but the clothes on my back. In my custody my husband got my children and was proven a sex pervert.
I am not Lori ,but I am aquainted with Mr Kitchens and in my opinion he is the poorest attorney I have ever known,he claims to be a baptist deacon but dont believe it he is a phony, he is what I compare being a deacon to some of these nfl pro players praying to god one minute and the next minute they are on the sidelines using the lords name in vain . Now I am not saying he says bad words,but he has little temper fits and lets the other attorneys walk all over him and seems to be for the other side and turns on his on client if they disagree with him on anything. For the money you do not get much in return.
