Claimant says:
"I enter into an agreement for Solar Panels for my home, with Greenspring Energy which Paul F. Wittemann the CEO/ President of said firm. An initial deposit of $500.00 ( Five Hundred Dollars) plus a loan was taken out for the panels and the installation . This was last year 10/29/13, as of February I found that Greenspring Energy LLC closed their doors (MHIC#126655). Larry Chaput MHIC# 99304 was the energy consultant/ sales Representative, a contract was signed on 11/18/13 by P.Wittemann.
I am asking for the deposit back along with the interest to the date, and all cost which I curried
Along with damages.
