"I HAD TEETH PULLED AND HE TALKED ME INTO HAVING A NEW SET OF DENTURES MADE AND I CAN,T EATE WITH THEM THEY HURT MY GUMS I WENT BACK THREE TIMES TO GET THEM ADJUSTED AND HE NEVER GOT THEM WRITE HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD MAKE THEM RITE AND NOW THEY ARE WANTING TO CHARGE ME MORE TO GET THEM FIXED AND I SAID NO IF THEY WANTED TO DO THAT THEY COULD GIVE MY MONEY BACK AND I WOULD GO SOME PLACE ELSE AND THE SAID THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK I CANT AFFORD TO HAVE ANOTHER SET MADE I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED"

  • In response to Mr Rexroad's claim. Pt was advised that the economy denture was not going to fit to his level of acceptance and that was all patient could afford. Pt came back in a minimum of three times for adjustments and we even provided a reline at no chage. We have offered to refund the patient the $397 that he paid for the economy denture, so he can go elsewhere and have not been contacted. Pt purchased a full set of economy dentures and lower dentures generally dont fit completely well and this was advised. We will be happy to refund the money in full for his purchase.
