Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I ordered christmas presents and I had them sent to my husband office. the loss prevention cancelled my order no information to that affect was relayed to me athough I called numerous times to check on the order that was guaranteed to arrive on the 24th of December. after I called back to find out what happened to my order I was told to contact loss prevention. Loss prevention sent me to accounts, the credit card was good however someone just decided to cancel my order because the delivery address was different from the shipping address which I did because I did not want the items to just sit on my doorstep until I got home from work. when I called I got disconnected after being transferred numerous times. This place is horrible, I am going to tell everyone I know not to use this service. I had no Christmas presents to give to my family and christmas was bad. I tried to tell my family what they were getting so that they would not feel so bad. Even after I tried to reorder I have no way of knowing if the christmas presents that I ordered would arrive."
