Claimant says:
"Omari O. Bynum agreed to pay a minimum of $100 per month for the minimum payment due on a credit card that he was the authorized user for under my name. The balance was $5200 when I closed access to the card. In addition, he agreed to pay a minimum of $200 on a personal loan I refinanced to borrow an additional $2300 so he could pay for his car registration and license his plates. He failed to pay the full $300 per month, at first he paid $100 per month, and then eventually all payments stopped. Now, I have been threaten to receive no payments at all. He has stolen $7500 from me."
