  • please know that ocwen is not taking me serious because I am not an attorney for one and the company probably think I have no idea what I am doing for 2. I am not trying to receive or get (ocwen has done that)anything for nothing. I am a disabled army gulf war veteran trying to solve this ongoing matter by seeking the truth about the mortgage, note, deed of trust or whatever else these companies calls the document. looking to clear the negativity on my credit report, refinance at a bank of my choice so that I can receive my equity, escrow, and justice from being taken financially for over a 12 year period.
    also know there is no credit history of payments from cash purchase I paid for in 2004 to now, versus no bank payments, only payment to a servicing loan company? I also requested original note since the company claims I owe. I can only send documents small amounts at a time for to be viewed

  • PLEASE KNOW THAT MY CLAIM IS NOT TO RECEIVE SOMETHING THAT IS LEGALLY MY PROPERTY. I AM A DISABLED ARMY, GULF WAR VETERAN, TRYING TO LIVE LIFE, WITH LIBERTY, AND THE PERSUUIT OF HAPPINESS. I DO BELEIVE I HAVE THE RIGHT AND MY REQUEST BROKE NOT ONE LAW. I REQUESTED VALIDATION OF THE DEBT BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO TRADE-IN THE VEHICLE I HAD; WHICH WAS A 2009 BLACK CHEVOLATE IMPALA. THE VEHICLE TAKEN WAS PAID FAITHFULLY EACH MONTH AS THE COMPANY REQUESTED. SO, HOW IS REQUESTING VALIDATION A CRIME OR OTHERWISE. THE VEHICLE WAS RECALLED BECAUSE OF SAFETY. EACH TIME I WAS NOT ABLE TO TRADE THE VEHICLE IN FOR ANOTHER WITHOUT PAYING MORE MONEY DOWN. NOW, I HAVE CALULATED PAYMENTS PLUS INTEREST RATE BETWEEN CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE AND SANTANDER; I PAID OVER BY SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS PLUS PERSONNAL ITEMS IN THE VEHICLE. THE COMPANY CAN EITHER REFUND THE SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS, REMOVE THE REPOSS ON CREDIT REPORT OR REPACE VEHICLE SAME YEAR BETTER CONDITION OR SUE THE COMPANY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT. SO WHERE IS THE ORIGINAL NOTE AS REQUESTED PRIOR TO YOUR TAKEN OF THE VEHICLE
