Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I, William Harlan went to Northwest Tag Agency LLC on May 9th, 2016, to inquire about a Title 42 on two vehicles stored on my property. I was informed by a woman at the window that Dena Adams, who worked in the back, could help me. She told me to meet her at the middle window and informed me that she needed pictures of both vehicles to send with the paperwork. At that time she did not inform me that she didn't provide that type of service. She quoted me $166 for my Lincoln, and $125 for my Jeep. I returned to the tag agency two hours later with the $291.00. I paid her, and she filled out the paperwork for both vehicles. She gave me a receipt and informed me the process would take about 42 days.

July 7, 2016 marked the 42nd day, and I did not recieve a call or letter about my vehicles. I returned to the same tag agency on July 11th for an update. She claimed she had no idea why I hadn't recieved anything, but that she would call and find out, and inform me, which never happened. In August I recieved paperwork stating that both my vehicles had been denied.
At that point, my wife and I went to the agency and asked why. The woman looked over our documentation and asked another associate about it, which struck me as odd. The woman informed us that she didn't know, but that she would resumbit the documents.

It was denied a second time, and we returned to the tag agency. Dena Admens informed me that I needed to go to court to get the paperwork done, then gave me the court's address. She said she should've charged me again, which promped me to leave. I went to court later on and came out of pocket for $263.28 to get the names changed over to mine, because Dena Adams failed to do so. In total I paid $553.28, which I need to be refunded"
