Claimant says:
"I went to the facility to have a loose tooth pulled out. I was told that it would cost me $96. I ask them why it was that high. They said that it includes xray. Since I do not have a dental insurance, and I need to have the pulled out, I agreed to the price. After they have taken xray of my defective tooth, the dentist take look at the tooth and went back to his office. A lady come some minutes after and told my that it would cost me an additional $380 to have my tooth pulled out. I was so shocked that I almost fell from the dental chair. I complained that had I been told of beforehand the true price of extracting my tooth, I would gone somewhere else. I ended up not having my tooth esctracted and I lost $96 for nothing."
