Claimant says:
"I had taken my car for repair at the Getty service station, on the first of the September. Where i was told i would need to replace my engine in my 2002 Kia sportage. I agreed for the work to be done and the cost associated with the repairs totaling 1,500. The work was allegedly performed by Alton Griffin, after picking up my car on October the 3rd other issues unrelated to the repairs Alton preformed on my car arose. where i was informed that he had never replaced my engine but replaced the cylinder head and fixed the compression on the number 2 cylinder. when confronting alton on this he denied these claims, but when i asked to provided me with the new part numbers could not furnish me with this information. and said there would be no refund on his part. I feel as though i have been taken advantage of, and this person is dishonest in his practices there are still issues with my car with the work that he did perform oil leaks to the engine ect."
