Claimant says:
"I signed up for a membership and I paid 297 dollars for four sessions with a trainer... from early March to April 15.... I had to do all sessions before it expire..they charge me extra 100 dollars that I already paid for the session... I was not told I will be charge if I cancel a session... I knew my sessions where paid so I took that lost....it was no communication on there part....that they was going to charge for canceling my session... I would like to have my 100... dollars they took out my account without my knowledge... 125th street NYSC... thank you."
