Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I had a Net Spend account. I applied for a credit report with Free Score.com, I paid one dollar and told the representative that I only needed it the one time. I also stated it in a email. Well, they took 29.99 and I was devastated because that money was for me to pay a bill. I called Net Spend and the closed my old account and sent me a new card. Well 4 months later they send me a letter stating they put the money back on my card. Well guess what they did. They put the money on my old card they told me to destroy. So when I call to find out what happened they tell me I have to answer a serious of question generated by a computer. Questions that I didn't pick as security question.{ie what is your mothers maiden name, what is your first born son name, what city were you born in.} No they asked me questions generated by a computer, about things that don' t match up with nothing I put down. So because I did not answer the questions they ,could not transfer the money from the old card which was suppose to be closed,to the new card they issued me. They also told me it would take an additional 20 days to send my money to me." Are you kidding me", I said!! We're not talking about your money, we're talking about money I put on the card for me to use!! So not only did free credit score burn me, so did net Spend. This whole thing is very hurtful . It's my money!!! Why are they doing this? Can you please help me?"
