Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I bought a product from Nerium International and after placing my order and talking to others I had wish that I hadn't. They expressed their unhappiness with it and advised me to get out before I would be locked into a lot of money! So less than 24 hours of placing my order I tried to cancel it with no luck. The response was that it had been shipped already, and if so why did it take 2 weeks to get! So, I waited for the product to come, called to return it, and they gave me a number(RMA) and instructed to place the number on and in the package. They also said it would benefit me to have my tracking number. It has been 5 weeks and several calls to see where my refund is and they tell me they cannot do it without the tracking number. Never was this discussed in the return process or is it listed on the return policy. I find this to be poor business like. I did what they instructed me to do. I have returned items before and never have I encountered this problem."
